("Snow"), an Ohio Corporation with the place of business at 1340 Clay Street, OH 45202.  Snow has a limited license to use certain copyrighted material of PUBG: Battlegrounds and/or its affiliated entities (together, "PUBG: Battlegrounds") in connection with the Website and the products sold herein. Snow is the controller of the Website, the supplier of the products, and is solely responsible for all transactions on the Website.  When used herein, the terms "we," "us," or "our" refers to Snow.

HOW DO WE PROTECT VISITOR INFORMATION?

Snow shares Personal Information about you, including name, email address, location/zip code, shows you have bought merchandise for, order data such as shopping history, your path (sites from which you came to the Website), and information about your device with Snow for marketing purposes.  “Outside parties” also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

Personal Information may be disclosed to a third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction.  Personal information may be shared with a third party to provide, maintain, or improve customer products and services and customers might request the list of such third parties by writing an email to snowreport@snowcommerce.com

HOW CAN YOU OPT-OUT, REMOVE OR MODIFY INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED TO US?

To change your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
